This biochar is derived from the (co)pyrolysis of rice husk and banana peel in various mass ratios. The study highlights the potential of MgO-impregnated biochar as an effective material for removing heavy metals from aqueous solutions. The findings suggest that the modification of biochar with MgO enhances its adsorption capabilities, making it a promising material for environmental remediation applications.
