DASEN's manufacturing network includes three strategically located facilities that enhance production capacity, reduce lead times, and strengthen supply-chain resilience. The Jiangxi Dasen Technology Co., Ltd., located in Xinyu High-Tech District, is the primary graphite material production base, supporting the development of thermal management products for various applications. Dongguan Dasen New Materials Co., Ltd. in Guangdong focuses on carbon fiber and advanced composite materials for lightweight applications. Dasen Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd. in Thai Nguyen Province manufactures graphite sheets and die-cut thermal products, playing a crucial role in DASEN's export-oriented strategy.

The company's graphite sheet production process encompasses carbonization, graphitization, calendering, lamination, and die-cutting. DASEN offers a range of graphite sheets, including standard, high-performance, and ultra-high-performance options with thermal conductivity up to 2100 W/m·K.
