GMG's G LUBRICANT and THERMAL-XR to be distributed by Blackwoods in Australia

Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd. (TSXV: GMG) (OTCQX: GMGMF) has announced a distribution agreement with Blackwoods for its graphene-based products in Australia. Blackwoods will distribute GMG's G® LUBRICANT and THERMAL-XR®, both of which incorporate liquid graphene technology.

Blackwoods, a leading supplier of industrial and safety solutions in Australia, is part of the Wesfarmers Group. With a history dating back to 1878, Blackwoods offers a wide range of products and services across various industries, including mining, manufacturing, and construction. The company operates a comprehensive network of branches and distribution centers, supported by a robust online platform and a dedicated sales team.

John Veitch, Blackwoods' Category Manager for Australia, expressed enthusiasm about the addition of GMG's graphene-enhanced products to their offerings. He highlighted the demand for solutions that enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency, noting that G® LUBRICANT and THERMAL-XR® align well with these needs.

Craig Nicol, CEO & Managing Director of GMG, emphasized the strategic fit of Blackwoods as a distribution partner. He noted Blackwoods' reputation and extensive reach as key factors in supporting the commercialization of GMG's graphene products. Nicol also pointed out the alignment in focus on industrial customers and reliable supply.

Jack Perkowski, Non-Executive Chairman and Director of GMG, described the partnership with Blackwoods as a significant step in scaling GMG's sales strategy. He noted that Blackwoods' established market presence and customer relationships provide a strong platform for expanding the reach of GMG's products.

GMG is an Australian clean-technology company that produces and sells graphene-enhanced products. The company uses a proprietary process to convert natural gas into graphene, hydrogen, and hydrocarbon gases. This process yields high-quality graphene suitable for various applications, including energy savings and storage.

In the energy savings segment, GMG focuses on graphene-enhanced coatings for HVAC-R systems, which are being marketed for additional uses such as electronic heat sinks and industrial plants. GMG is also developing a graphene lubricant additive aimed at improving fuel efficiency in diesel engines.

In collaboration with the University of Queensland, GMG is advancing research and commercialization of graphene aluminium-ion batteries, with financial backing from the Australian Government. Additionally, GMG has developed a graphene additive slurry to enhance lithium-ion battery performance.
