Graphene Manufacturing Group partners with Blackwoods for nationwide graphene distribution

Graphene Manufacturing Group has partnered with Blackwoods to distribute its graphene-based lubricant additive, G® LUBRICANT, across Australia.

Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd. (TSXV:GMG) (OTCQX:GMGMF) has entered a distribution agreement with Blackwoods, a leading provider of industrial and safety solutions in Australia. This partnership will allow Blackwoods to distribute GMG's liquid graphene products, including G® LUBRICANT and THERMAL-XR®, across Australia's industrial, mining, manufacturing, and construction sectors through its extensive network.

The agreement designates Blackwoods as the official distributor for GMG's proprietary liquid graphene products. This development is a crucial step in GMG's strategy to expand its market presence through established distribution partners.

Blackwoods, part of the Wesfarmers Group (ASX:WES), offers a wide range of products essential to industrial operations, including safety gear and maintenance supplies. Its national infrastructure, comprising branches, distribution centers, and online platforms, provides GMG with immediate access to a broad customer base.

Craig Nicol, CEO and Managing Director of GMG, emphasized Blackwoods' strong reputation and distribution capabilities as ideal for commercializing GMG's graphene solutions. The partnership aligns with both companies' commitments to quality and reliable supply chains.

John Veitch, Blackwoods’ Category Manager, highlighted the demand for solutions that enhance equipment reliability and efficiency. He noted that GMG’s products would be well supported through Blackwoods’ extensive network.

G® LUBRICANT is a graphene-based additive aimed at improving diesel engine fuel efficiency, while THERMAL-XR® is an energy-efficient coating for HVAC-R systems and other industrial applications. Both products are manufactured using GMG's proprietary process that converts natural gas into graphene.

GMG is focused on producing scalable, low-cost graphene for clean-tech applications, with a primary focus on energy savings. The Blackwoods partnership supports GMG's strategy to increase sales through reputable distribution channels.

Additionally, GMG collaborates with the University of Queensland on graphene aluminium-ion batteries and has developed a graphene additive slurry to enhance lithium-ion battery performance. These initiatives underpin GMG's long-term goals in advanced energy storage solutions.

The partnership with Blackwoods is a significant milestone for GMG, providing a strategic platform to expand customer access across Australia. GMG's management anticipates accelerated product adoption and revenue growth through this collaboration.

The announcement includes forward-looking statements regarding the distribution of GMG's products by Blackwoods. These statements involve risks and uncertainties, and actual outcomes may differ. GMG advises readers to consider these risks and review the company's disclosures before making investment decisions.
