HydroGraph Clean Power Launches Fractal Graphene Paste
HydroGraph Clean Power Inc. commercially launched Fractal Graphene Paste, a 20% graphene-by-weight aqueous dispersion with a 99.8% carbon purity and over two-year shelf life, and has supplied samples to more than 30 customers. The product targets the graphene sector's core adoption barrier—dispersion difficulty—by delivering a stable, ready-to-use concentrate compatible with standard mixing equipment, which could accelerate graphene uptake in composites, coatings, and construction materials.
HydroGraph Clean Power Inc. has launched Fractal Graphene Paste, a concentrated aqueous graphene product aimed at simplifying the integration of graphene into industrial formulations. This product delivers HydroGraph's high-purity Fractal Graphene in a stable dispersion, addressing a major challenge in graphene adoption: effective dispersion. Graphene's potential to enhance material performance is well-known, but its commercial use has been limited by processing complexities.
Graphene powders are hydrophobic and tend to agglomerate in water-based systems, necessitating specialized equipment and extensive formulation work. Fractal Graphene Paste overcomes these issues by providing a fully dispersed, stabilized graphene concentrate that can be used with standard mixing equipment.
The paste contains 20% graphene by weight, making it one of the highest concentration graphene dispersions available, while maintaining long-term stability. Comparable products typically offer only 1% to 5% graphene concentrations. HydroGraph's proprietary stabilization technology and ultrafine graphene morphology ensure long-term dispersion stability and prevent re-agglomeration, with a shelf life exceeding two years.
Dispersion quality and particle size distribution have been confirmed using Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS). The product includes HydroGraph's Fractal Graphene, produced via the Company's Hyperion Reactor technology, ensuring batch-to-batch consistency and 99.8% carbon purity. Designed for water-based systems, Fractal Graphene Paste targets markets such as concrete and construction materials, protective coatings, thermal management applications, and elastomers.
HydroGraph has provided Fractal Graphene Paste samples to over 30 customers for evaluation. The Company has the manufacturing capacity to support research, development, and early commercial production, with plans to scale production as demand increases.
