HydroGraph Receives US EPA, UK REACH and EU REACH Clearances for Commercial Graphene Sales
HydroGraph Clean Power received US EPA TSCA Section 5(e) clearance for two turbostratic graphene materials (P-24-0086/P-24-0087) alongside UK REACH and EU REACH registrations, authorizing commercial manufacture and supply across the US, UK, and EU. The approvals remove a key regulatory barrier for graphene commercialization in three major markets, allowing customers to scale up applications under defined compliance conditions.
HydroGraph Clean Power has received regulatory clearances from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), UK REACH, and EU REACH, allowing for the commercial manufacture and supply of its graphene materials. These approvals cover the US, UK, and EU markets, facilitating customer scale-up under specified compliance conditions.
The EPA's TSCA Section 5(e) Order authorizes the manufacture, processing, distribution, use, and disposal of HydroGraph's graphene materials, specifically graphene, turbostratic, 3-9 layers and graphene, turbostratic, ~32 layers, in the US. This order includes operational controls, workplace protections, and recordkeeping requirements. The UK and EU REACH registrations provide regulatory clarity for commercial activities in Great Britain and the European Union.
HydroGraph's President and CEO, Kjirstin Breure, stated that these clearances mark significant milestones for the company, enabling it to expand its commercial markets. With these authorizations, HydroGraph can pursue new revenue-generating agreements and support customer scale-up for its Fractal Graphene applications across North America and Europe.
