Verde Resources advances engineered biochar for sustainable infrastructure

Verde Resources Inc. (OTCQB: VRDR) is advancing the commercialization of its engineered biochar technology through strategic partnerships aimed at promoting sustainable infrastructure. Collaborations with Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions, Inc. and Highway International are creating scalable pathways for low-carbon infrastructure, material supply, and carbon credit generation.

Engineered biochar, a carbon-rich material produced from biomass decomposition in low-oxygen conditions, has significant applications in environmental remediation, soil improvement, agriculture, carbon sequestration, energy storage, and sustainable materials. These initiatives focus on integrating sustainable carbon-sequestering materials into modern infrastructure applications, addressing climate change challenges while enhancing efficiency and reducing waste.

The partnerships aim to tackle the high carbon intensity of the traditional infrastructure sector and the challenges of scaling engineered biochar adoption globally. Integrating green materials into established construction supply chains requires commercial validation, scalable manufacturing, and verified environmental credentials.

Verde Resources has established key alliances, including an expanded master commercialization agreement with Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions, Inc. in the United States, and a memorandum of understanding with Highway International for a pilot initiative in Singapore. These collaborations provide formalized frameworks for material supply, licensing, and joint market entry, embedding engineered biochar into sustainable cold-paving and road-construction methodologies.

These strategic partnerships position Verde Resources to scale its engineered biochar technologies across international markets. The initiatives establish clear pathways for material supply, licensing opportunities, and carbon credit generation, validating the commercial viability of sustainable infrastructure solutions.
