Premier Graphene partners with Mitsubishi Pencil on conductive inks

Premier Graphene Inc and Mitsubishi Pencil Company have entered a joint development agreement to introduce graphene-based conductive inks for printed electronics. Premier Graphene will provide its proprietary single-layer graphene dispersions, while Mitsubishi Pencil will develop ink products suitable for inkjet, screen, and gravure printing on flexible substrates. Initial applications are aimed at RFID tags, smart packaging, printed heaters, and biosensor electrodes. Two co-branded products are anticipated to launch by late 2026, with first-year revenue targets set at 12 million USD. According to Premier Graphene CEO Lisa Voss, the collaboration benefits from Mitsubishi Pencil's extensive experience in pigment dispersion and roll-to-roll application. The product line will be distributed globally via Mitsubishi Pencil's industrial channels and Premier Graphene's specialty partners.
