Graphene Manufacturing Group signs exclusive European distribution deal with Brenntag
Graphene Manufacturing Group agreed with Brenntag Química to exclusively sell its liquid graphene products in Spain, Italy, and Portugal, effective immediately.
Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd (TSX-V:GMG, OTCQX:GMGMF) has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Brenntag Química, a Spanish subsidiary of the global chemical distribution leader Brenntag. This partnership will see Brenntag handle the sale and distribution of GMG's liquid graphene products across Spain, Italy, and Portugal, as announced by the company on Wednesday.
The agreement initially includes GMG’s THERMAL-XR, G-LUBRICANT, and G-FLUID products, with the broader European market as a target for future expansion. Brenntag is recognized for its extensive market reach and technical expertise in distributing industrial and specialty chemicals and ingredients.
Craig Nicol, CEO of GMG, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, highlighting Brenntag's global leadership and market penetration. "This Distribution Agreement is a key step in accelerating the commercialization of our graphene liquid technologies in Europe. By combining Brenntag’s distribution strength with GMG’s innovation, we aim to rapidly demonstrate real-world value for customers and build a strong foundation for long-term growth," Nicol stated.
Antonio Agra Heredero, Brenntag’s Sales Manager for Lubricants in Southern Europe, echoed this sentiment, noting the potential impact of graphene solutions. "We see strong potential for these products to deliver measurable energy savings, extend equipment life, and enhance performance across a range of industrial and automotive applications," he said. "We look forward to working closely with GMG to validate and scale these opportunities across Europe."
Jack Perkowski, GMG's non-executive chairman, emphasized that this agreement is a strategic move in the company's global expansion efforts. "Establishing partnerships with leading distributors like Brenntag is critical as we scale production and expand into key international markets," Perkowski said. "Europe is a major opportunity, and this collaboration positions us well to drive adoption of our technology and support the next phase of the company’s expansion."
The agreement was signed in Madrid by Nicol and Agra Heredero.
