Canatu Plc restructured its leadership team on June 25, 2026, consolidating reporting lines directly to CEO Maximilian Slawinski and renaming its Automotive business unit to Robotics, Mobility and Defence. The reorganization signals Canatu's broadened market focus for its carbon nanotube products beyond automotive into robotics and defence applications.
Canatu Plc, a company specializing in advanced carbon nanotubes (CNTs), has restructured its leadership team to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen organizational execution. The company has also renamed its Automotive business unit to Robotics, Mobility and Defence, aligning with its current focus and activities. These changes are effective immediately.
The new leadership structure includes Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Maximilian Slawinski, executive management members, business unit leaders, and operational leadership members, all reporting to the CEO. This restructuring aims to improve accountability and decision-making across the company, fostering alignment between business units and corporate functions.

These organizational changes will not impact Canatu’s financial reporting.
Canatu Plc, listed on Nasdaq First North in Finland, is a deep technology scaleup focusing on the development of advanced carbon nanotubes and related products. The company provides CNT membranes for extreme ultraviolet (EUV) processes in the semiconductor industry, facilitating the production of advanced chips. It is also developing electrochemical sensors for medical diagnostics. Canatu’s patented CNT reactors and dry deposition method produce high-quality CNTs.
